We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This brand-new hotel exceeded our expectations. Its central location right in the heart of the city is a major highlight. It's conveniently situated near T Nagar, Pondy Bazaar, and various shopping spots, along with three great restaurants, making it an ideal choice for visitors from Saudi Arabia.

I had very very good days staying at this hip new hotel. The breakfast meal was satisfactory with good coffee. Every staff member was dedicated and amazingly nice. The service offered was welcoming. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

We enjoyed a fantastic four-day stay at Pharos Hotels. the location couldn't be better, situated conveniently near pubs, restaurants, T Nagar, Pondy Bazaar, and various shopping spots. the daily service was truly exceptional, making our time in Chennai from Saudi Arabia a delightful experience.

We had a lovely stay at Pharos, enjoying the spacious room with a smart TV and really good breakfast options. The sauna and steam room were great, but we experienced a few minor hiccups with housekeeping.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were exceptionally nice. the breakfast offered a delightful variety of food and drinks. the room was spacious and included a mini-bar, an iron, and a work desk. Excellent service was provided throughout my stay, and the pool was very clean.

The hotel presents an exclusive and stylish design, with luxurious amenities and refined elegance. the service provided by the staff is excellent, always attentive to guests' needs and available to help. the room advantages are remarkable, with exquisite features and comfortable facilities that create a delightful experience. the restaurant offers a wide range of delicious dishes that satisfy different tastes, with a sophisticated atmosphere that impresses.

The Spa & wellness centre lacked some essential treatments, limiting options. the massage service received was impeccable and offered a unique relaxing experience.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods and the staff, both at the front desk and in the dining area, were efficient and pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs and transportation options were readily available.

This hotel is located in a prime area with access to many businesses and attractions. the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, offering a nice break from the hot weather. The ongoing construction work can be quite noisy and disturbing for some guests.

There were some downsides to the stay. One room was affected by construction noise, which made it difficult to sleep.

Great location near tourist attractions. Spacious and comfortable rooms with modern amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle service, which was convenient and reasonably priced.

The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay, causing a lot of noise and disruption. Also, the staff was not always helpful or accommodating. Additionally, while the location was great, the hotel lacked certain amenities and the food options were limited and not very good. while the location and room amenities were nice, the hotel experience was somewhat disappointing due to the ongoing construction and subpar service.
